Creating a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship across the Universities is a global challenge today. The higher education sector needs to change with the times, including rediscovering, and reaffirming, the public purpose of universities.

The universities need to develop on campus "Skill, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Zones (SEiZ)" in alliance with the local industry to ensure a societally relevant network of activities, individuals, groups, and processes.
